Liaoning Technical University, also known as Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology, has three campuses. Two are in Fuxin and one is in Huludao, all in Liaoning Province. The provincial government and the State Administration of Work Safety run it together. With about 25,000 students, it is a good fit for engineering-minded applicants.
