Gansu University of Chinese Medicine (甘肃中医药大学)

Based in Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province, this public university began in 1978 under the name Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is run jointly by the provincial government and the national traditional medicine administration, teaches from bachelor's to doctoral level, and is the only Chinese medicine university in Northwest China allowed to award doctorates.
